Site Refresh (“we”, “us”) builds and maintains websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through site-refresh.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you send.
• Demo booking & ordering tools: the name and phone number you enter, plus the service, time, or items you select. These are sample tools that send the details to the business owner so they can follow up.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Basic usage data: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as page views and referrer) collected via Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To deliver demo form submissions to the relevant business owner.
• To send newsletter emails you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

Service providers we share with

We only share data with vendors that help us run the site, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare — hosting, email delivery, and cookieless analytics.
• Stripe — payment processing if you purchase a plan (Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see them).
• HubSpot and Klaviyo — customer and email management, only if we have those integrations enabled.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and customer information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@site-refresh.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in a region with specific privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply to you.
